I am Psychological Counselor Bekir Bozkuş. I graduated from TED University Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department. The behavior of seeking and receiving support is among the basic skills of the 21st century. The support to be received from a specialist with the necessary competence and efficacy in order to protect mental health and well-being plays an effective role in every stage of daily life and in shaping the inner world of the person. I am here to explore the dynamics of your inner world together, to shed light on the dark rooms inside you, and to accompany and support you on your journey towards self-awareness.
Birlikte yürüteceğimiz terapi süreci Ruh Sağlığı Etik İlkeleri üzerine kurgulanacaktır. Gizlilik konusu son derece ciddiyetle ele alınacak olup oturum sürecinde paylaşılan hiçbir bilgi üçüncü şahıslar ile paylaşılmayacaktır.
Oturumlar 45-60 dakika olarak planlanmakta olup oturumların sıklığı haftada bir veya iki haftada bir olacak şekilde danışanın ihtiyacına göre düzenlenecektir.

Öz düzenleme becerileri, sorumluluk alma, zaman yönetimi, hedef belirleme gibi konularda çalışmalar yürütülecek oturumları beraber yürütebilriz.
